Workshop FAQ
What's included in the ticket price?
For public events, you will receive instruction and all materials needed to create your project.
For private events, your Leelee's Garden host will complete all setup and breakdown, along with instruction and materials.
What can I expect at a Leelee's Garden event?
At all Leelee's Garden events, you can expect to have a unique, fun afternoon or night out and create a nature-inspired project you love.
A day prior to the event you will get a reminder message with details about anything you need to bring to class. When you arrive at the location, you will first check in with the event host. When all guests have arrived or about five minutes into the event start time (whichever is first), there will be a short meet and greet to get to know other guests. Your host will then go over background about the materials and do a demonstration of the project. The majority of the workshop time will be hands-on. The instructor will be available to work with you one-on-one as others work on their projects. If you have any questions as you work on your project, be sure to ask your instructor.
As most students wrap up the project, the instructor will conclude the class and you are free to head home with your new project!
I couldn't make it to an event. Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds if you missed an event and contact us afterward. We purchase live plants or cut flowers for all attendees and cannot offer refunds. If you know you cannot attend an event and have purchased a ticket, contact Leelee@LeeleesGarden.com at least 24 hours before an event to receive a refund.
What if my plants don't make it?
If you are attending an event with live plant materials, we guarantee our plants for up to 30 days past the event. If you care for your plants, but one doesn't make it, send us a photo and a shipping address, and we will gladly send you a replacement at no charge.
How do I book Leelee's Garden for a private party?
We regularly host private events for individuals or companies. If you are interested, take a look at some of the events we offer and contact us for availability and a quote.
I see my photo on social media or on this website. Why is it there and can you take it down?
Of course! We take photos at our events to share with our fans on Facebook and Instagram and publish on our website. We ask our attendees if they mind photos at our events because we know not everyone wants to be photographed. But sometimes we make mistakes. If a photo of you is on our website or social media outlets and you don't want it there, please contact Info@leeleesgarden.com and we will remove it. Please describe the location and the photo clearly so we can take it down as soon as possible.
I own or manage a venue and I am interested in having an event. How do I learn more?
We are always looking for new venues. Please contact Leelee@leeleesgarden.com if you would like to plan an event at your venue.
